However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and lodivip cannot guarantee absolute security.

lodivip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, lodivip will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.
The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Upon termination of your account for cause, lodivip may, at its discretion, forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including any bonus funds and associated winnings. Where termination is not due to a breach on your part, lodivip will process a withdrawal of your verified real-money balance to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting lodivip's support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the lodivip platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
